- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or placing an order under the supervision of a parent/guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided by you are true and accurate.
- Nature of Services
The Ranchi Foods operates a pure vegetarian kitchen and provides:
• Restaurant dining
• Takeaway orders
• Online and WhatsApp orders
• Home delivery within serviceable areas
• Catering services for private and corporate events
Service availability depends on location, weather conditions, operational capacity, and ingredient availability.
- User Account & Information
You agree to:
• Provide correct name, phone number, and address
• Keep your contact details updated
• Respond to verification calls
We are not responsible for order delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information.
- Order Placement
Orders may be placed via:

• Phone call
• WhatsApp
• Third-party delivery platforms (if applicable)
An order is considered accepted only after confirmation by our staff via call/message or after payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
• Incorrect pricing
• Non-serviceable location
• Suspicious activity
• Stock unavailability
• Kitchen capacity issues
- Menu & Pricing
All prices are in INR (₹). Prices may change without prior notice.
Final invoice may include:
• GST (if applicable)
• Delivery charges
• Packaging charges

- Food Preparation & Time
All food is freshly prepared after order confirmation.
Estimated preparation/delivery time is approximate and may vary due to:
• Order volume
• Traffic
• Weather
• Festivals or peak hours
Delivery time is not legally guaranteed.
- Cancellations by Customer
Orders can be cancelled only before cooking begins.
Once preparation has started, cancellation is not possible.
For prepaid orders, refunds will follow the Refund Policy.
- Catering Bookings
For catering services:
• Advance booking is mandatory
• Token advance payment is required
• Guest count must be confirmed in advance
Changes requested within 24–48 hours of the event may not be accepted.
- Customer Responsibilities
The customer must:
• Be reachable by phone
• Receive order at delivery address
• Verify items at delivery time
If the delivery partner waits more than 10 minutes, the order will be marked delivered.
- Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Customers must inform us of:
• Food allergies
• Ingredient restrictions
• Jain food requirement (if any)
We are not liable for allergic reactions if not informed prior to preparation.
- Use of Website
You agree not to:
• Copy content
• Use bots or spam orders
• Attempt payment fraud
• Post false complaints
Legal action may be taken for misuse.
- Intellectual Property
All logos, menus, photos, designs, and website content belong to The Ranchi Foods. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability

- Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure of service due to events beyond control including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, power failure, or government restrictions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
