Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before food preparation starts.
Once cooking begins, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Eligible Cases

Refunds may be approved if:
• Payment deducted but order not processed
• Order not delivered due to our error
• Wrong item delivered
• Duplicate payment

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:
• Taste preference
• Customer ordered wrong item
• Delivery delay due to traffic/weather
• Customer unavailable at delivery location
• Refusal to accept order

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via original payment method.

COD refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

Catering Refund

Advance payment is non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of event date.

Date rescheduling may be allowed depending on availability.
